We loved the helpful manager who assisted with transfers and recommended a local restaurant, despite the hilly terrain. The fitting of kimonos was done with great care, allowing us to experience Japanese culture fully. The hotel's indoor and outdoor onsen baths were simply breathtaking, offering a truly tranquil and beautiful experience. Being located close to the regional train station made exploring the Izu area convenient, and we also enjoyed the nearby boutique restaurants and the lovely beach in this city.

We had a fantastic time at this ryokan in Izu! The location was ideal, just a short walk downhill from the train station. It made it easy to explore the beautiful Izu area and visit different spots. The staff were friendly, and the manager went out of their way to assist us with transfers and finding a local restaurant. The room was traditional and comfortable, with a lovely view. The private onsen baths were a highlight, both indoors and outdoors. Plus, being close to the regional train made it convenient for further exploration.
The public bathrooms were quite ordinary.

The private indoor and outdoor onsen baths were absolutely spectacular and beautiful. It was a truly relaxing and rejuvenating experience. the manager of the hotel was extremely courteous and helpful. They assisted us with transfers and even recommended a local restaurant to visit. The convenience of being close to the regional train station was also a major plus, making it easy to explore the surrounding areas.
The area around the hotel seemed to have been damaged by a natural disaster. The seawater pools were filled with rocks and there were condemned buildings around, which gave a sense of desolation.

We had a fantastic stay at this place! The location is great, as it is close to the regional train station and easily accessible. The hotel offers a free shuttle service, which was very convenient for us. The staff was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist us with transfers and even recommended a local restaurant nearby. We felt well taken care of and truly appreciated their hospitality.
We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The staff was incredibly warm and welcoming. They did their best to overcome language barriers and made my stay extra special. The private onsens were a definite highlight. Having the opportunity to soak in my own hot spring without any interruptions was pure bliss. The hotel's location was perfect for my business trip. It was right next to the train station and a short walk from some great local restaurants. The complimentary shuttle to and from the station was a nice touch.
The public bathrooms were not up to my standard. They were old and basic, and didn't match the overall charm of the hotel.
